How do TV panels are differ? What is 2k, 3k, 4k resolutions in a tv panels? Can we use a TV like a picture frame? Which TV panel is best, recommended for us?
How Do TV Panels are Differ?

Basically two types of display are there, First one is LCD display or second one is LED display. Most people are switching from LCD displays to LEDs. But LCD is a liquid-crystal display, and LED means Light-emitting diode; this is LED technology.
In LED technology, each pixel is a bulb, and LCD displays are small LED bulbs that are not side by side; they are 3 or 4 inches of displays in that LED’s are behind it because they light up that, and in front of that panel is this panel made of liquid crystal that changes color because of electric charge or this is shown this color that it wants. Basically, panels are two only, but in that, more options are available, like you can imagine in an LCD display, an IPS display, or VA panels. QLED is also an LCD display. This is the same technology.
In an LED display that is an OLED display or Quantum Dot LED, different brands are promoted under different names, but this is an LED technology only. But some minute changes are made, so each user doesn’t understand this. It depends on you which technology you choose.
What is 2K, 3K, or 4K Resolutions in a TV Panel?

It’s Just the resolution of the same display. They are just resolutions, or they are made on both categories of displays, like LCD or LED displays, and that resolution is derived from a TV size or pixel dot per inch. Made for commercial use only up to resolution 8K, beyond that, TVs are also made, but they are not made for normal commercial usage.
If a tv displays 2K or 4K, then display cost also increases because display is a main factor in a tv. When resolution is increased, it does not affect tv depth or tv layer thickness; it is an enlargement only. Unless and until you are adding extra features to the TV, like speakers, the back body of tv or tv depth is increased.
Can we Use a TV as a Picture Frame?

In fact these TV’s are also available that are made by LG, or Samsung, etc. because today’s tv display does not have so many layers, but speakers and motherboards are placed into it, so we have to increase the depth of the tv display.
If you remove the tv speakers, then the tv gets lighter in weight. So what does LG do? They get a band out of it, or TV motherboards, speakers, operating systems, etc., all of which are placed into a new set-top box. So that TV in itself is very thin in depth, and you can stick it on the wall.
Samsung’s frame TV technology is also the same thing; they give a different name only to that technology. Frame, as in that tv display does not come outside that frame, ultimately they do. The tv’s depth is thin, and those borders are minimized. Now this does not look like a tv; it looks like a photo frame.
Which TV Panel is Best for the TV Display?

On an IPS, LCD, or LED panel, you can’t see any difference with the normal human eye. When you are watching a TV nearby, you see that difference distance-wise, and the second thing is the color ratio or contrast that’s getting you in a LED compared with an LCD.
If you are spending more money, then buy an LED. If color contrast or ratio does not matter; only resolution matters to you, then you go with the IPS or VA panels in an LCD display, and this cost is also less compared with an LED display.
